“中国孙子兵法研究成果奖”是由中国孙子兵法研究会发起和主办，山东孙子研究会、山东省广饶县人民政府承办的孙子兵法研究领域的国际性奖项。为做好首届“中国孙子兵法研究成果奖”评奖工作，现公开向国内外征集候选成果。
凡个人和集体的《孙子兵法》研究成果（包括学术专著、学术论文、学术译著、古籍整理成果、典型案例、调研报告、咨询报告、志书、教科书、工具书、普及性读物等），在1989年1月至2009年12月（以版权页为准）由正式报刊发表或由正规出版社出版，均可参加评选。
首届“中国孙子兵法研究成果奖”设特等奖1个、一等奖4个、二等奖6个、三等奖20个。特等奖奖金5万元，一等奖奖金各3万元，二等奖奖金各1万元，三等奖奖金各5000元。
1、申报人认真填写《首届中国孙子兵法研究成果奖申报表》（一式六份，附后，可下载），并在规定时间内连同研究成果原件、影印件（共六份，其中原件至少三份；影印件单独装订，包括封面、版权页、目录及文章内容等），一并报送（或邮寄）中国孙子兵法研究会。
征集活动截止后，将专门组织召开孙子兵法研究成果奖评审会，由专家评审委员会成员现场审阅征集到的研究成果，在充分讨论评议的基础上，以无记名投票方式确定最终获奖名单。

In the research field of Sun Tzu’s Art of War
initiated and sponsored by the Chinese Research Society of Sun-Tzu's Art of War, and hosted by the people’s government of Guangrao county, Shandong province, China. It calls for candidate works from Mainland China and beyond, so as to ensure its successful award selection.
Application Scope
Applications may be made in any of Sun Tzu’s Art of War-themed research publications by the official newspapers and periodicals or regular press during the period of January 1989---December 2009 (subject to copyright page), singly authored or collectively authored, in the following categories: including academic monographs, academic papers, academic translations, compiled ancient books, featured cases, field research reports, consultation reports, local records, textbooks, reference books, popular readings, etc.

All applicants should submit a full set of required application documents, to be delivered in person or by post, to the Chinese Research Society of Sun-Tzu's Art of War, within the stated time, including the completed First China Sun Tzu’s Art of War Research Achievement Award Application Form (see attachment, downloadable, to be made out in six copies), together with originals and photocopies of research achievements (six copies in all, at least three originals, photocopies, including the cover, the copyright page, the list of contents, and the research body, to be bound separately).

Application Deadline: August 30, 2010 (subject to the date by post-office stamp)
Selection Procedure
A special review panel meeting will follow the deadline of application. The final list of winners will be determined by anonymous panel votes, on the basis of an on-site review of the collected research achievements and thorough discussions and comments.
Awarding Time
The awarding ceremony will take place as part of the opening ceremony of the Sixth Sun Tzu International Culture and Tourism Festival on October 16, 2010 in Guangrao, China.
